SHARING YOUR PRODUCT
Audience
The audience I want for the game is to for newcomers and for the fans old the original Sonic Adventure game.
For the casuals I would add and accessibility mode for people that struggle with the old game with difficulty adjusting the camera to be much more bearable.
For the fans I want to leave most of the Physics as they are with the exception of broken auto running areas as this is the reason why people love the orginal game so much.
There will also be a function switch, the graphics to the Dreamcast game if they want the orginal graphics.
Evaulation
This project was really fun to do as Sonic Adventure was my all time favourite game I had so much to say about it as the game has aged terribly as it was realised in 1998/1999 it was really hard especially being my favourite game but I tried to as critical as possible to show the original game might of had and fixing them in a remake on Sonic Adventure. I even looked at unused assets and texture and put them back into the remake as bonus content. I crafted a mood board of what I want to make as a models some of them were made then I started to make models of items in the game from scratch in Blender with the original model as a reference my model that I am the most proud of is the triple spring as it made using some of the harder to use tools in blender and it worked amazingly well.

The next thing I did was to texture the models using substance painter which is turning out good
and is nearly ready to be finished with just needing a few more models to be textured.

The amount of things I talked about in task 1 is a huge amount which I am proud with as I wanted to talk about this game because I have so many ideas to improve this game.
Evaulation on models
The model work I did here is the best I have ever done with many models that are quite detailed in blender.
I also know exactly how UVs work so I know how to fix the texture artefacts that was caused by clashing UVs.

Over time I got much more used to substance painter so some models I did with massively improved results making all models much more accurate to the original model in Sonic Adventure
my best improvements are dash panel and all springs and the item capsule being my absolute favourite as I used transparent layer in substance painter which worked amazingly.


Evaluation of Y2s Projects I Did
Out of all of the 3 projects that I made this school year I will rate them down here as I have very opinions for each.
Project 1 Wizard's of the coast: This project got better over but had a very slow start as I was thinking of ideas, and because of this I made the project way too ambitious for myself as I tried to do something that I have never done before, and it overwhelmed me, I did get a few models done and the hub was 50% finished in unreal engine.
Project 2 Personal Development: This when I got my ideas in check so I tried to be less ambitious with the Project, and because of that this Project made me feel more controlled with this project and I did more sketches as the concept and I had a title of the game which project 1 never had. I even did modelling and texturing for a bunch of models, but I never got the game in to unreal engine as I was still doing the models as the project was nearly over.
Project 3 Final Major Project: this was the most text heavy project I have ever done and this was definitely the best of the three projects I have done as there are videos showing what I am saying in texts and explaining everything in detail. Models were made from scratch using models from the old game as a reference point, and I am very proud of these models, and how I think they will enhance my remake.
My best project of these is between 2 and 3 as both were done really well for completely different reasons, with project 2 being the project that made with only me, and it turned out really well. Though I never finished this project in unreal engine Project 3 was super in depth with text which made it feel the most complete of the bunch, but it was just a remake concept.
It is so hard to chose which one I think the one that is better is project 3 as the amount of text overwhelming to compare from project 2 as there was over 2000 words in total in task 1 alone in project 3.
